Lifecycle Software, a leading provider of BSS and the creator of NEXUS® MVNE, has launched the Nexus App for Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), a fully brandable mobile application designed to simplify operations, enhance the user experience, and accelerate market entry for telecom brands.

With the Nexus App, users can effortlessly manage their mobile services—checking balances, purchasing add-ons, activating services, receiving push notifications and making payments—all in a few taps via an intuitive mobile interface. Telecom brands can fully customise the app to reflect their brand identity, including colours, logos, pricing, and plans. Content updates are easily deployed through an intuitive content management system with a drag-and-drop interface. Once configured, the app is ready for immediate release to the App Store and Google Play.

The new Nexus App is part of the revamped Digital Experience offering from Lifecycle Software. The upgraded front ends include the sales portal for customer acquisition and automated onboarding, as well as self-care for in-life management. These enhancements make the digital journey more consistent, engaging and efficient. User experience is a central focus. The solution integrates OAuth for logins, ensuring a smoother and more secure experience, and supports eSIM journeys, allowing customers to purchase and install an eSIM directly within the app without the need for a QR code.
