As a BA/solution designer within our Professional Services team, you will be a critical part of our customer’s success story. You will support the Product and Project Management teams in defining customer scope and requirements, acceptance and success criteria, and expected outcome definition for customer-specific development requests. The Solution Designer will work with the customer throughout the delivery of the requirement and is responsible for handing over the delivery of customer projects to our Managed Service team post-implementation.
You will work closely with internal and cross-partner teams, nurturing a culture of improvement, innovation and proactive thinking.
