The latest version of Event Intelligence - version 1.5, launched recently, comes with significant functional improvements.
For you, we developed more data and better data, such as customer databases, APIs and customer identifiers. We improved experience, with new customer search & care UI and flexible reporting. The new version comes with more flexibility & innovation, with a wallet manager and increased capabilities for outbound & loyalty campaigns. Last but not the least, we launched new features for super-charged campaigns with event-trigger, editor & API and much more.
This new major version also triggers the End of Engineering Support (EOES) Date for all versions before 1.4, as well as contractual announcements for Support Discontinuance and consecutive End of Service Life (EOSL) for earlier versions.
